Question for a proper honda enthusiast on offset setup

and less gripy SO . . .
ROTA are doin track R's (sprintheart cp-R's) in a 15x7
they have two offsets though +40 an a +15 ?
Which will be more suited i.e be enough to fill the arches yet not too much
to have to pull out arches . . .
NOTE: the car will be alligned for the track before running negative
camber . . .
