door chime when i hit brakes

hey everyone, as the title says when i use the brakes the door chime beeps, i didnt play with any wiring that would relate to the chimer , only the engine wiring when i swapped my engine

what could have caused this?? thanks in advance :thumb:

door chimes are usually ground based, you might check your chassis grounds

honestly not too sure, (still getting back into honda's)

but i would look at wiring diagrams for the interior and see if anything relates to the engine harness. its possible some of the grounds are the same, and maybe you didn't hook a ground up that you didn't need now, but its affecting your chime?

sounds kinda weird i know, but i've seen some weeeeird shit working at ford.

I know I'm late on this but I know the fix. Had the problem with my cb7! Single filament bulb in dual filament socket. Aka tail light bulb in brake like socket. Hope this helps ppl in the future!
