What bracket/adapter do I need?

I putting a b16 in my sedan. The motor sits higher from the passenger side which causes back motor mount not to go in. What do I need to do to make it fit perfect? Do I need to cut and weld a new bracket? Or and adapter? Or what?

what is your b16 out of ?? and what mounts are you using ??
