Custom Hinges
Not worth it IMO. Makes your trunk much harder to get into and use. Only good for car shows and given the current scene it will just get you laughed at.
If its something you really want to do you will need to customize your hinges so they have a bearing that will let you rotate the deck of your trunk. You can find a already made kit or weld it up yourself.

You can get the parts(hinges, latches and bolts) at your local hardware store pretty cheap but it's going to look like ass.
Seriously though, there is literally nobody doing this anymore, to each there own though.
