Civic EG

Well on the back of my EG8 cluster theres three adapters. 2 wide grey ones and 1 yellow one.

I dont have a rev limiter on it. will there be more plugs if i get one with a rev limiter?

I was looking around in the junkyard and i found an integra with a cluster.
i wanted it but it had four plugs.

an EG cluster with a tach will be plug n play

im asking if there will there be more plugs?

there's DIY's here on the site for doing the teg cluster swap

i know. when i looked at the cluster at the junkyear it had like four plugs on the back. so thats why im asking bout the teg cluster

so its got a swapped cluster already? DX's dont come with tachs...

okay. this is what i want to know. if i buy a cluster with a tach. will it be a three plug setup?

If you want to use a 92-95 civic cluster WITH a tachometer:
-Just unplug the plugs from the existing plugs and plug them back into your new cluster.

If you want to use 94-01 Integra cluster:
-You have to unplug the plugs from your existing cluster
-Obtain the 94-01 Integra cluster WITH the plugs (i.e. cut them from the harness)
-Depin the plugs from both of the clusters
-Using the diagram from http://www.honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=1053318 follow the directions and plug your civic wires into the Integra plugs.

idk. seems like a complicated process. even the DIY lesson is kinda confusing. sry if i sound like a noob i just got into the honda game.

yeah its pretty complicated.
I bought 5 of the teggy cluster and couple of eg clusters. Never got to making the "conversion kits. lol.
should have some free time in the upcoming weeks.
If you want i could make a plug-n-play harness for you. it be my first one - all you have to do is send me the pigtails from the integra, pay shipping both ways and put a $__ bill inside to provide the "food for thought" lol. intersted?

sounds good but im broke! lol so i gotta get the funds first lol
