Its not the average N1 knock off. Its a full stainless steel one. Had mine for two years now and has been through two winters. No rust at all, plus it sounds great, and comes with a silencer if it gets too loud. Here's a youtube video of it but it does not do its justice, makes the car sound ten times better. Have gotten a lot of complements on it.

I had this same exhaust on my Purple EX-S Coupe. I liked it for a while however it was loud. I put a new axle back on it with a Flow Master Muffler and it quietened and Make it sound much deeper. However the day i sold that car there wasn't any rust on the exhaust.
If you want a good and deep sounding exhaust, Have a Muffler shop make a 2.25 or 2.5" Cat Back Exhaust with Mandel Bends and Resonators, Then add a Turbo Muffler for the back and it will be a Nice High Flowing Quite Exhaust that wont get you in trouble with the cops, and wont look like a Ricer with a Fart can hanging on the back of your car. Adding a Header should help deepen the tone as well, Atleast it did for me. I would HIGHLY Recommend leaving your stock cat in. Taking it out will not gain you any performance over a good high flow exhaust system, and it will just make your exhaust stink,
