Hey peeps, names dave from wirral uk

bought an eg civic on friday an thought id join up.

first time owning a jap car AS ive always had VAG cars for the past few years. very pleased so far with the civic.

bought it witha few mods on it but im keepin it sublte as im not one for massive bodykits etc.

had a lil look round before an seems i haev a lot to learn about the civic.lol

Best i have at the mo, but going to modified live end of this month so gona get some good ones up.

hope you like. has primer on it ready for bein sprayed as had rust an a few holes which have been filled.

few plans for it - i.e - lime gren calipers and drums , lime green wing mirrors.[/img]

its got someway to go yet. im thinking about maybe a black bonnet to replace the silver one? people thoughts on that?

its a 1.5 16v but im not to sure on the engine series or code? anyone help with that?

I think it looks good with a silver hood. I'm not big on carbon fiber hoods on cars or black ones. As for the motor, if you have a picture of it I'm sure we can identify it or you can check the block and see what the numbers say on it.

well theres my night sorted,lol.

i think i may also sort out fitting my manifold - when i bought the car the guy gave me a 4-2-1 manifold so think il try fit that tonight too then get some pics.

may sounds a tad cheeky but - is there anywere to get some sweet interior parts off the net? tried felabay but get like one page of stuff which isnt what im after.

sumthing to make it look abit more street/track. diff gear knob, maybe some dash parts - bulb color change.

i like the look of it m8 leave as is and slam it on some coilovers some jap size plates 12"x6" then itll look :thumb:

dont do bodykit or lexus lights or halo lights to chav/boy racer or as jap enthuists call it RICER. were on the wirral u from
