Looking though the logs, I often see legit members with multiple failed attempts when trying to register.
We have things set somewhat difficult to keep spam bots out. The text image code can be difficult to read, it may take a few tries.
The fields with * must be filled in. Please note that the location field has *.
This is to help deter some spam bots.
Also, when entering the Captcha code, please remember that it is case-sensitive. You must use capital and lowercase letters, exactly like the code says, for it to work.
It can take up to 24 hrs for your account to become active after registering.
After you are registered, you cannot post links or images until your 2nd post. Again, this is because of spam bots.
