- Tue Dec 10, 2013 12:08 am #339818 I have a 95 civic lx . Just swapped out the spark plugs & wires. Now when i turn on the car & rev it i get a popping noise from the cold air intake & the engine is shaking harder. I honestly dont know whats going on. Anyone ever had this problem or know how to fix this?

- Fri Dec 13, 2013 8:26 pm #340018 Ight new question . My car stays "revving" on iys own. ( Jumps to 2,000 rpm n back down all the time ) even when im at a stop light or parked. I thought i fixed it because i switched out the Idle air control valve and it stopped but 3-4 months later it strted doing it again. So i warrantied the valve .it stopped. Fast foward to now and its does it non stop.

What else could it be?
