how do i remove trim molding

Ok i know this may sound stupid but how do i remove the trim molding WITHOUT breaking all the clips? im going to try painting them and do not want to end up with a nice painted trim i cant put back on

we u need to remove the door panels then just pull ur trim towards you and it will slide out.. be carefull.. theyres a diy on how to redo ur trim

its nearly impossible... i tried and ended up busting the clips anyways. they're pretty cheap to replace though.
I think the only way you have a chance is to take the windows out and use a panel popper or something to pull towards you rather than up.

its easy jus before u pull out wiggle the trim should pop right out..
