Either way if you want to Boost get a B18b and swap it in. As Chance said they have thicker sidewalls and hold up better under higher boost. Also have a Higher assortment of pistons you can put in it.

if you go and get a greddy turbo kit(CARB legal) or something along those lines
then its legal, but if you build a home made turbo kit like
blackslio did and you dont take it and get "ref" then your gonna get a hefty fine..
as for the b20 ls/vtce, all you do swap the motor into your car go get it bar's then swap the vtec head on..then ur good to go, you only have to get the motor bar'd 1 time
and to chance ya its a suv but you can still swap it over, its a B
