have not rechecked mine yet but if that is the case that would make sense why i didnt find it

hmm that sucks

i think there is a write up on how to wire it up (Its on a hatch but the concept is the same. )

- Sun Oct 02, 2011 6:04 am #275718 you could run a fused hot wire to the trunk and use the ground from the trunk latch, it has a wire that sends the signal to the cluster for an open trunk, by this way the light on the trunk will turn on each time you open the trunk

- Sun Oct 02, 2011 6:19 am #275719 in the case that its not prewired ill just do as i planned to in the first place, run a fused hot wire from the fuse block and the LED tube i have has a 3way switch off/on/ricey blink mode

- Sun Oct 02, 2011 11:42 pm #275820 what the hell my 2 previous posts are not showing up.....anyway the have links to the coupe trunk lights and another link saying DX/CX did not come wired for them so you have to pin the harness where the wires would go.......seems easier to just run a wire direct from the fuse block.

- Tue Oct 04, 2011 3:31 am #276097 yea i had an ex over here sunday morning was adding fog lights to dudes car he traded me some emkei rims for a pair of fogs and i looked at his trunk and he had a trunk light and a harness so they deff dont come on the dx cx!!

- Wed Oct 05, 2011 2:49 am #276268 yea i poked around everywhere and no plug, there is a square cut out in the sheet metal for it just no plug, but the link i found shows where the plug would draw power from the main harness under the backseat

theres the light, but i cant remember what site had the how-to on it as to what pin to use from the harness for power....all i can find is a how-to for an EK, ill keep searching
