raddling
Posted: Mon Dec 06, 2010 7:16 ammy car has a raddling noise when my car ildes when in park or if im stopped at a red light...but it doesnt raddle when i press the gas peddle to about 1000 rpms......any ideas wht can cuase the raddling

bad mounts will do that at idle with little to no pressure on them. When the car is in gear and moving the physical movement of the motor eliminates that play and no longer rattles.
