long time viewer first time poster I would lie to thank everyone for all the great info this i my first civic it is a 95 ex pretty much stock except the usual bolt ons and lowered susp my goal is to get faster revs I live in a small town with a lot of cops and hp=$$$ and just cant justify it but would still like the motor to rev a little faster what are my options

would a lighter flyweel help any?

lighter flywheel is the biggest thing you can do to increase your rev rates without major work.

you wanna lighten up the engines rotating mass. lighter flywheel, lightweight underdrive pulleys, and smaller/lighter wheels/tires(rock some 13s ) will make a big difference.
