1993 honda civic coupe ex

i found a 1993 honda civic coupe ex for 3 gs with 30k on it but the thing is the engine is 1.6L I-4 MPI and i was wondering does that come with that car ,, and is it a good deal? nd does that car classify as a eg? thanks guys im a newbie tryna get into the game and loving the cars in here plz dont bash me

its technically a EJ as its a coupe but the EJ/eg is the same model for here 92-95 civic....
anyhow what should be in a ex would be a 1.6l D16z6 inline 4 vtec....
make sure its a true ex and its somewhat esy to turn back the clock in our cars id run a carfax on it....
id look for something with more miles but that seems like a alrite price mainly reflecting the mileage on the car...

soo is that engine good enough to hookup ? nd the car fax says 33 miles and if i buy a civic how many miles should i get it for also ?
