This bill will never make it to law.

It basically says you cant even change your tires from the crap that most OEM gives you to nicer tires such as Toyo and Peralli's.

However The wording basically gives the okay for Lowering your vechile wither stiffer springs as that would improve Econemy. :thumb:

WTF? i dont want to say it will never happen but seriously how could this happen? all i know is the aftermarket scene isnt very big in oregon unless you own a subaru :roll:

and even then the hippies and greenpeace people easily out number the tuners :thumbdown:
