new guy in uk - help!

hi going to buy a eg6 soon as i find a tidy one to tune and trackday but im newso if some one could help?

what rim sizes fit with/without bodywork?

where in uk can i get parts/upgrades?

what to look for when buying one?

The only one I can really answer is the rim size one...

and the answer is:

15s and 16s.

You will have more problems with the 16s depending on the width and offset. The 15s will be easier to get on there.

ok so 16's will fit without rolling arch's?

if thats true thats great at the moment im looking at ro_ta J.SPL in 16's or ro_ta boost in 15 or 16

also whats the strange fabric/pvc type thing with to blocks on i see in lots of pics over the front lip of the bonnet/hood? why?

the thing on his hood at the front with the two blocks on it? what is it and whats it for? i see loads of cars have them and dont get what it is for! must screw up your air flow over the front?

that a hood bra. its to help agenst rock chips. they make them for the front bumper 2. and i belive the 2 parts sticking up are bug defflectors.

well i dont think its gonna afect your drag time. i belive it super easy to put on and take off soo you can sport it threw the week and take her bra off at the track :thumb:

ok , nice that would save my bonnet then could take it off at the track to do some laps because i bet under hard breaking it would affect wind flow and high speed cornering as well
