It sounds like its a good deal. Nothing really sounds like that much of a problem to fix. If it's the front fender that has rust, fenders are cheap enough to replace. As for the windshield molding that can be replaced by going to Honda and buying a new one or going to the junk yard and popping one off another car. It's only held in by some clips. Sounds like a good buy to me.

the motor has 83 thou on it and the body has 200, but the motor is the original ..?

replaced with the same motor more than likely.

probably had it swapped and kept old motor for state ref or other reasons its possible
