Alright so here's the story. I take my car to the shop because I couldn't figure out what the problem with my fuel pump. What ended up happening was the wire from the main relay to the fuel pump burnt out.

Anywho, after about 2 weeks from the shop I come pick up my car. After a day of driving it I notice many thing different. My sunroof stopped working, there's 2 bumps on my hood, AND my passenger side side skirt was missing. The fucked up thing is that they aren't going to do shit about anything.

So now I gotta figure out the sunroof problem, live with the bumps, and pick up new side skirts.

So my question is what are some good options for new side skirts?

Keep in mind that I have a silver spoon lip, same color as my car which dips a lot lower then the OEM side skirts. Should I buy new OEM with trim paint black and paint my lip trim black? Or I was thinking mugen style side skirts?

I don't know, give me some ideas!

Here's my ride just in case you're wondering. Not much but is 10x better before I painted this bad girl.

My friend has his OEM side skirts he's willing to sell me off his ej1, will it fit on our EGs?

Alright, If I do Ek's, I hear you have to cut them. Anyone have a diy on it? Supposedly you have to hide the cutting edge with mudflaps?

Thanks all!

you dont have to hide the cut edge with mudflaps and the coupes skirts i think may be a little shorter im not sure just take a measurment and see and there is a diy on here i think for the sideskirt install....or hondatech might have it if you do a google search you should easily find it...

The oem ej1 sideskirts you will have to cut..same with the Ek side skirts. Either way you have to cut them unless you get oem hatch side skirts. You don't have to hide the cutting edge with mudflaps..I like mudflaps so I'd put them on the car but if you aren't just make sure you measure and cut neatly.

Dont bother with the EG coupe side skirts. not worth the trouble. They are too long and if you have to cut a skirt, might as well get the Ek ones. They look much better than OEM stock for the EGs.
