does anyone have a diagram of what plugs go to what for the cabin harness, and whats the easiest way to remove the hoses on the heater core cause mines seem pretty stuck... even when pulling harder, it sounds to the point of ripping.. what can i also do to run without a heater core

you may have to cut the hoses off. if you grab them too hard with pliers or vise grips, you can damage the metal tube that they are over. Just run a bypass if you don't want to have a heater core. Get one long hose to replace the 2 short ones.

I don't know about the del sol, I would think it would be different lengths on the del sol since the dash is layed out differently... Also both cars wold have to have the same power options.

Of course it's safe. It's functionally the same as driving with the temp selector all the way to the blue side.

Just remember no heat, and it's hard to de-fog de-ice a window without a heater core.
