I recently broke my plastic lock switch on my driver side door. I mean it snapped in two. Any way to replace it and where can I buy the lock switch?

I just had to order mine from the dealer. Cost me $35. You have to get the whole inside handle/bracket/lock assembly.

To replace it w/out messing things up you have to disconnect the rods from the latch.

That sucks, too bad I can't just replace just that one lock. I guess I'll hold off on that for now. I'm broke ever since I recently painted my car.

yea, both of mine broke this winter.. I guess the cold made the plastic brittle, or the locks iced up.
Anyway, im having a hard time finding just the lock switch part.

If anyone has a parts car, I would like to get ahold of these parts without getting raped by the dealer.

PS, hondapartsunlimited wanted $55 ea.

thats robbery, be better off finding a scrapper

thats what happend to mine...the drivers side was broke when i bought it and about 3 months after me owning it i broke the other side
