Civic EG

hello im new here been looking at eg's for a while still looking for the right one but i am wondering what the difference between the eg / dx/ all the other hatch back models are

i know this sounds very nooby but i need to know

o so its all the same car just diff motor and trim on some but i did not see anything about the eg or is eg just another model
