well im new to this site and thought id actually post sumthing. as of now i am running a stock engine with a new lighter crank pulley, cold air intake, and a fuel pressure regulateor. I have an exhaust leak and thinkin about changing the exhaust to an es tuning muffler with new 2.25 pipin. good idea or should i consider something else? and would anyone noe prices? i like the deep roar of the es tuning muffler but if somethin else would b better, let me noe. thnx

In the exhausts ive had, i would recommend the Greddy Evo2. its got a deep tone and sounds like a beast at higher RPMs. i also heard the APEXi ws2 and Thermal reasearch are dope. they are also pretty pricey. and stay away from Ebay exhausts.

this set up you plan on doing is the best set up IMO.
Es oval tunning muffler is the sweetest sounding muffler you can put on your car and still keep the stock look.

I I had a similar set up, 2.50 straight piping and an es oval. Loved it!

So I say do it.

Im running headers 4-1, 2.25" piping with no cats, the 18" apexi condenser for the apexi exhaust tip (cut the exhaust off to add the glass pack instead left the condenser on tho), 18" glass pack with a single 2.25" to dual tip 2"

It sounds amazing. I had the apexi exhaust but cut off the exhaust portion and just mix matched a few things and its the best sounding exhaust I or any of my friends have heard. Its deff. worth a try.
