last i heard it was the gasket in the taillight, if you replace that it should take care of it

Yea, my si use to do the same, I bought some plastic plugs and plugged all around the hatch area. I will see If I can find you a picture.

here hope this helps
See the two black plugs on both sides, that will prevent water from getting in, if there not leaking from your tails. I never had that issue with the tails only in my Integra.

There was just holes, maybe yours is already plugged, but mine were just open holes and water leaked into my trunk that way.
