Is it worth getting a 421 manifold for my d15b2 non v tec and if I was to buy one would it fit onto a B series iff I decide to get a engine conversion.

Im not familiar with your motor. But, I am running a 4-2-1 header right now and I have lost a good amount of low end torque and horsepower. I used a 4 into 1 header and it made my hatchback more fun to drive.
