I need to drill out the spot welds to replace the radiator support. I'm reading that it's about 30 on each side? I see a bunch of them but I can't seem to find a source that shows which ones I'm supposed to remove. I don't want to remove unnecessary spot welds, unless I'm supposed to remove all the spots welds I see on the front. Any ideas? Pictures would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

It was pretty obvious when I did this on an EF. Pretty sure you remove nearly all of them.

There is an old build thread on here with pics of the core support removed. Scroll down and take a look. It will give you a better idea. Good luck! I'll be doing this on my black ej6 this summer as well.

Yeah I looked at that a while ago but it's very hard to see where he drilled. I just finished today and managed to remove the radiator support using a spot weld bit. Took about and hour or less.

Awesome! Yeah, it does look pretty straight forward. I also have to remove and replace the piece between the support and shock tower on the passenger side. Unfortunately they don't make that as an aftermarket piece.
