Spot welds on radiator support?

- Tue Jul 01, 2014 10:41 pm #346904 I need to drill out the spot welds to replace the radiator support. I'm reading that it's about 30 on each side? I see a bunch of them but I can't seem to find a source that shows which ones I'm supposed to remove. I don't want to remove unnecessary spot welds, unless I'm supposed to remove all the spots welds I see on the front. Any ideas? Pictures would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Yeah I looked at that a while ago but it's very hard to see where he drilled. I just finished today and managed to remove the radiator support using a spot weld bit. Took about and hour or less.

Awesome! Yeah, it does look pretty straight forward. I also have to remove and replace the piece between the support and shock tower on the passenger side. Unfortunately they don't make that as an aftermarket piece.
