Hey guys! Yesterday i bought my first car which happens to be a civic eg3
with a 1.4 single carb engine, its not much but it should do, for now.
Anyway, i know that swapping the engine is possible, but what do i do about the steering? the car doesn't have hydraulic steering and i don't thing my job driving it is going to be an easy task without it.
Did anyone here have to go through such a thing?. if so what did you do?

It's going to be a bitch to swap from carb to mpfi, look a quick list
- fuel pump (inline) or change the tank and fuel lines
- ecu + loom, conversion harness
- o2 sensor ,wiring
-fuel pump relay + wiring
etc.
New engine , some new gaskets...

do you wanna do it yourself?, or give it to a garage?

Steering effort is not a concern for engine swaps. The displacement and weight of an engine have little to no effect on steering effort.
