g23 build.help is needed!!

Okay here's where I'm stuck at blew my d series motor in my 92 hatch now I'm building a.g23 only problem is I have no knowledge on g23's I have a f23 block with a blue top h22 if I'm correct. I want this swap.done correct all adviceis welcome..
