Civic EG

fuses ok,power is passing thru both driver an passenger fuses. blue dash highlight indicator comes on.. but no highlight beams.. when i test the plugs that connect to the bulbs. driver side shows power but no light coming from bulb.. passenger plug has no power going to the plug...after power passage thru under dash fuse box does it go to headlight plugs? all other lights work fine
bulbs are good.. need help thanks
