- Sun Nov 20, 2011 8:25 pm #282184 Okay I have a b18c5 and I just installed a full size radiator and I can't seem to get the air out of the system. I do not have heat in the car and I run the car for about 15 minutes and it surges and the never kicks on. I tried sqeeziingthe hoses opened the cap. Not sure what else I can do?

I'm just gettin started.

- Mon Nov 21, 2011 3:44 pm #282283 The b18c5 does not have a bleeder valve. The top hose gets hot but the bottom never heats up. Any other ideas?

I just changed the fluid and I know the thermostate is good.

and I know the thermostate is good.

A brand new part isn't always "good" have you tryed warming to operating temp with the rad cap off and 100% sure your t-stat opened?
