i would but i really dont feel like driving all the bak to RI lol. i would pay a lil extra to get it shipped out here but i know it would cost a shit load of money. instead im trying to get one on south east part of the country, like Florida NC,SC,GA and VA and possibly have it shipped up here. the only thing i dont like about that idea is that i wouldnt actually see the car untill it would show up at my house lol. hopfully i find a nice clean hatch out here.

I'm in Alabama and can say most cars from here don't have rust. So GA should be the same.

the snow/salt mix is the cause of the rust...and why are you selling a b16 to just turn around and buy another one?

So yesterday I took a look at 2 egs.......first eg the owner lives the next street over.....its a 92 dx....its primed out body is in pretty good shape....no dents....it has a ex dashbored, integra front seats and ls mesh wheels. The bad is that it needs a front end lighnment really bad, the brakes are fucked up the pedal spongy really bad and when you hit the brakes the pedal feels like it pushs bak at your foot its wierd he said its the caliper but I'm not too sure about it. The fan is also directy conected to the battery so its running the whole time the car is on. I think the tailights don't work. But the motor runs fine, the only thing the needs to be taken care of is that it needs a single cam ecu he is currently running a ls ecu.
The other hatch was a white cx with a poor mans R motor. The motor was leaking oil, he said he got it repainted last yr but the paint was cracking and chipping everywhere. It had gsr leather interior. But he wanted 4600 and I had to bring my own wheels.
Anyways 2day I may go look at another hatch I think its a 93 cx bone stock with 197k its well taken care of, it supposedly never seen the salty snowy roads and the body is very clean he wants 1600 and he said the price is highly negotiable. He told me to give him my number so he can call me when he is free so I can go look at it. He said 2day betwwen 12-5 he is free so I'm gonna go see it as soon as he calls me. Hopfully this is the one. Ill keep every1 updated

EG's are a dime a dozen, hold out untill you find the "perfect" one. Dont settle for something you're not gonna be happy with.

Hell yeah I agree with u 100%, that's why I'm being patient I'm not in a rush. As of right now I'm just looking around I'm not in a rush to buy.

I think I found the hatch I've been looking for. The guy is originally from oregon and drove the car all the way to R.I just to attend Brown University. The car is almost pretty much mint. No rust....maybe less then a hand full of dents....few scratches here and there but nothing major. Its a 1993 civic cx its teal!! 197k runs mint only thing really is the the driver seat has a rip but that's ok doesn't really bother me. The guy was looking to get around 1600 I've talked him down to 1400. So we pretty much ended it on I'm gonna give him the money tommarrow and he is going to save it for me. He is just waiting for the paperwork from the car to come in from oregon, like the title reciets of the serive that's been done to it. Hopfully I will have it this week.
