Im around alot of glass as well. Ive seen some crazy shit done to glass
And if not flexalite windows would work. Just gotta get it perfect the first time

Edit: Maybe get a window from the previous generation and trim to fit?
No drilling just shaving or cutting then apply hinges and rubber
