- Sat Aug 28, 2010 2:03 am #210881 Hi i have a 92 eg but i swap a jdm b16 block with a gsr head and its not getting any spark.....i put on timing...spliced the vtec shock tower harness on there but still engine turns over but does not start....it had a ls swap when i got it so i used the same harness...if somebody could help me out i would gladly appreciate it......thanx

- Sat Aug 28, 2010 6:07 am #210915 what do you mean by splice the shock tower wiring? 92's are prewired for vtec. you would just need to run the wires from the shock tower to the vtec.

all the grounds good? theres one on trans, thermostat, starter, valve cover, and i forgot if there is more?..


check your your igniter and coil. they may gone bad.
