tailgate flushing

Hey new member just bought my first eg and luvin it :D doing sum mods ryt now and just wondering if anyone knows how to flush the tailgate any feedback would be helpfull thanks :thumb:

i have no idea what flushing is?? but if you mean shaving the tailgate its a combo of bondo and welding....extremly gay in my opinion

shaving then sorry its called flushing round my way thanks for the advice im still toying with the idea seen a few that have been shaved they looked pritty good

this hatch would be pretty freaking sweet if it wasn't for the total faggotry of the tailgait. there is no excuse for such a hideous modification.

it probably is but it looks the same as a shaved tailgate :thumbdown:

and what weight is being saved with a shaved tailgate? two tail lights, two plate lights, and a license plate?

im saying that there is an excuse, if that panel is paper thin fiberglass, saving weight on his strip car..

obviously shaving a hatch wont save weight... :roll:

yeah if its fiberglass its gunna be lighter but im talking about the look of it. not whether or not its fiberglass.

If you want to save weight, just get a carbon fiber hatch door.
