Yes it will crank, starter is new, new battery, new main relay, new alternator, new ignition switch, new fuel pump and i have checked all the grounds. It will always start on a roll I am so confused and I have no idea what the humming noise is.

so it just quit starting one day or got gradually worse over time?
And when it starts on a roll, how fast of a roll are we talking?

Bump Its not the fuel pump I found out the humming is the iacv but its not keeping the car from starting so it still wont start

when you are starting it on a roll, do you get it rolling and then turn the key and it then starts like it should, or are you getting it rolling & putting it in 1st gear and dumping the clutch with the key turned on the second position to 'jump start' it?

when you crank, does the starter actually engage?
or is the engine flooded?
