was anything broken?

id take it back out and reinstall it.

when you take it out.. should be 2 10mm hold the window to the regulator

take out the window completely.

regreease the tracks with lithium grease.

when you grease it make sure the rubber peices on the track are in place and not knocked off.

reinstall window and make sure you slide it in place. and tighten the 2 10's there is a spot where you can access thru the door.(i assume you know this since you already put your window back)

you may need to loosen the 10's that hold the regulator in place to place the window in.

hand tigthen all the bolts and test it.

after satisfaction tighten everything back up

i think when you install the window back in tilt the front side down a little and in side the tracks and you should be able to work it in. and make sure the rubber lining on the tracks are in place.
