Theres another post on here by me, about teh civic not starting, anyway, I pulled the ECU now. It doesnt smell burned or anything.

So how can i test to make sure it is broke. bear in mind though, that i checked the engine check light, and the light stayed illuminated meaning there is a fault with the ecu.

thanks guys

some mechanics can test them but it is very pricey. depending on what ecu you have, in most cases it will be cheaper to just buy another one.

Put the ECU in question into one of your friends 92-95 Civics, Then see if their car will start.
