J's Racing front lip?!?!?!

People i went on Saturday to the a place in DR, whit a lot of junkers, who import pieces directly from japan, since most of the cars here are from japan(not that many american cars), there u can find a lot of JDM rare things, at extremely low prices. The thing is, i went with one of my best friend, who bought a civic ferio 99-00 LHD converted(since its ilegal to drive RHD drive cars, not even for show use, but a lot of people have then as second cars, you know for what, like supras, a couple of EG6
, RX7, skyline), and since my friend its using this car as daily driven, he whants to build a project for racing, but step by step, so the first thing he did was to put rear disk brakes on the car(got them for less then the equivalent to 200 dollars in dominican pesos, installed and everything), so while i was waiting whit him on the place i decided to ask for a EG6 factory front lip for my car, so a dude from the place, takes me upstairs to the second floor of the place, since on the first one its just engines and suspencion and brake related stuff, on the second floor they have lots of bumpers, but not a single one with the lip, so then he tells me, i have one for EG4, ahd he shows me the lip, and immediately it was like love at first sight, did not know the brand of the lip, the only thing i knew was that its a mixture of a spoon lip, mixed with the 99-00 mugen lip and with the 96-98 type-r lip, so i asked for the price, the dude told me 55 dollars but in the equivalent to dominican pesos, so i ask to put it lower, since i was with no money on me(it was a lie 
) so got it for 36 dollars in the equivalent to pesos, as soon as i got home i put it on the car, and they are ment to be together.
I looked around over the internet and it looks like a J's racing front lip, but its different, it looks even better, because its more simple and not that much exaggerated.
My question is: Are the 2 models of J's racing front lip for EG's ?
