tail lights

Hi right now i am restoring my 95 civic cx hatch. I need to take out the outer tail lights to fix the rust. how do you get to the bolts under the panel. do i have to take off the hole panel or is there a nother way?

there should be a little access panel.

yes you have to take out that whole panel. unless you got real tiny hands to get into the little pop out. its just for changin the bulbs

sounds like fun. i allso have to take out the rear seats how do they come out?
