Who can help me out on a DYI of how to rewire the OEM fog lights, to make them turn on independently?

I have search and can't find shit.

This is my installation type.

Can I ask why?

I got mine to come on with the parking lights, and high beams. But when the lights are off they stay off.

If you google it you will find a DIY. I can't remember if its on here or HT. But its a damn good write. However, keep in mind you will be breaking federal safety standards law. It is a illegal modification of a safety device. Basically everything you do to any light on the outside of your car is technically illegal. It just takes a super prick cop to catch it.
