Rear window plug removal? Please help.

I am trying to experiment with window tinting, but i have troubles with removing the rear wiper cover fromt the window.
I can remove everything except the left plug. When i try to unbolt the plug the other side just spins the same direction.
I tried popping under the plug with a screwdriver, pincers... but i did not succeed.
Not my car, but here you can see the left plug under the wiper.
I hope you guys have some tips for me because, i'm struggling with it for 2 days and can't apply the tint film.
