- Mon Mar 11, 2013 11:36 am #328320 i just bought a 92 eg si and just recently the rear window open light on the dash started flashing. i checked it out and it doesnt lock anymore. i thought the hatch was broken and replaced it but still it wouldnt lock. anyone have any solutions to my problem??

Is everything aligned properly?

- Mon Mar 11, 2013 4:10 pm #328333 yea the glass does not lock into the actual glass. it looks like its aligned properly, but it doesnt go down the whole way

- Mon Mar 11, 2013 4:15 pm #328334 You might hatch to adjust the latches on the actual hatch part. My were loose and the same thing happened. Once I tightened them and readjusted them it worked good

- Tue Mar 12, 2013 8:41 am #328426 how do you adjust the latches? or do you mean tighten the three bolts that hold the hatch together?

- Tue Mar 12, 2013 12:51 pm #328432 On each side there are hooks on the body that the lower part locks into. I had to use a 2x4 and a BFH to hit them towards the front of the car. I honestly don't know of another way to do it.
