I am assuming you already clear coated the car which is a good thing. But if you did not you can still do this just without the steps involving the compound, polish, and wax
Okay here is what i would personally do. First get a piece of paper. And draw a few STRAIGHT lines on it. Hold the piece of paper to where you can see the reflection on the car. This will help show how bad the orange peel is and which spots need more attention than other since the peel will not be the same in all areas.
Start with a 1500 grit wet sand and sand lightly to remove most of the peel. then step up to a 2000 grit to smooth further. After this your going to need to wash the areas you sand. It will look very dull but this is fine.
Net your going to need to apply a rubbing compound, then a polish, and finally a wax or some sort of sealant. Make sure you follow the direction on the compound, polish, and wax EXACTLY (the method varies slightly from brand to brand)
After everything is done and the car has the desired shine you are looking for take that piece of paper and hold it up where you can see the reflection on the car again. The lines should be straight and this will show you how much of the orange peel effect you have fixed.
IF there are still spots that are bad you will need to sand again and possibly re clear coat that specific section of your car. This is all dependent of how thick of a clear coat you applied and how much you sanded down during this process.
EDIT: make sure when you sand you DO NOT use a rubber block. Use a foam block and for avoid the edges as much as possible as not to cut through.

no clear coat and when u mean reflection do you mean kinda see it cause there is no possible clear view of the lines just kinda of looking into water with a rock dropped into it ripply its a single stage paint kit so the clear is mixed in with the hardner and mixes in with the paint

Sorry I had a brain fart. Basically what the lines on the paper are for is when you stand back from the car about a foot and hold the paper with the lines facing the paint to where it reflects the image of said lines. The lines will be distorted. The worse they are distorted the rougher the orange peel is in that area. So it will help you gauge how much you need to sand it.

Sorry for the delayed response.
Here is what you will need.
CLEAN bucket
Make sure your water source is clean
1500 and 2000 grit wet sandpaper
Soap. I prefer car soap but dish soap is acceptable if that is all you have
A buffer
Buff/polishing compound. The brand is entirely your choice.
A foam sanding block. It has to be foam. The plastic one is too rigid and stiff.
Step one is to clean the piss out of the car. Make sure there is NO dirt or dust.
Mix the water will a small bit of soap. You don't want a lot of bubbles just a small amount this will help with the sanding.
Let the sand paper soak. After it has soaked wrap the paper around the block and sand one panel at a time. Make sure you try to sand the panel even. A trick to help is when the paper starts to stick to the car (or not be smooth strokes anymore) the paint is smooth in that area
Do this to the whole car. One it's done wash the piss out of the car again. Dry with a car cloth. And let sit until all water is dry.
Next you are going to need to buff/polish the car. This is the part for which I have no direction. All brands are different. So follow the directions of the brand you choose to the Tee.
Make sure you avoid edges such as the edge of the door and hood because its super easy to sand through in these areas.
If you have anymore questions just let me know.
