I have a bunch of these connecting some side skirts on my car I don't know how to take them off

They look like the original clips but without the screwdriver slot.

Are they rubber? Can you pull out the inner clip then the outside clip?

I was only able to take one off with my screwdriver I was wondering if I just took a drill to it but I want to do it without messing up the side skirts

Theyer cheap metal and no can't get to the inner

Thy are most likely pop rivets. Drill then out use a small bit.

Also the last owner bondo'd the rear quarter panel to both the side skirt and the rear bumper then sprayd it with primer..... :shock:

........ If I take some sand paper to it will I be able to find and cleanly separate them?.....

Looks like a regular RIVOT, just drill through it.
