Heres where I got my HIDs from. Cheap too..not in quality, but in price. Had them for like 2 months now and have not gotten flashed even once. I've heard anything over 8000 K gives off too much glare and thats when the flashing and pulling over by the po po happens. Mine are 5000k. I will post a pic later, but heres the site for now. They are the apexcone raptor HIDs.

DDM has quality and good priced hid kits, but I dealt with them twice and both times they messed up my order. First order: purchased an 8000k kit and they sent me 6000k instead. Second order: purchased h4 kit and received different bulbs.

Ive got 8k as well on my 95' 4 doe, they are freaking bright.... I believe i only paid $36 from ebay & mine are the xenon's....
