#341164 I want to restore an old set of TE37's:

I've been looking for new stickers and the OEM decals are$25 - per wheel  and I've heard they are not very durable.

So I'm looking into reproduction TE37 stickers, which are supposed to be much more durable, for around $40 for all 4 wheels.

"These decals are silk-printed, highly detailed graphics which made by high quality vinyl material - They can last up to 5-7 years under any weather condition"

"two layer die cut"

"This is NOT Computer Cutting decals. This is 1 Layer decals"

all it says is that it is "a sticker"

So my question for the sticker gurus: What's the difference between 1 layer, 2 layer die cut, and silk printed?

#341182 wow, what jhp is asking for the real volk stickers is ridiculous. especially since it says at the bottom of the page "Be wary of replica stickers being sold for a premium price!"
be wary of the premium price on those!
as afar as the stickers go, my understanding about the silk printed ones, is that like the way a shirt is silk screen printed, the ink is pressed onto the vinyl background through a screen.
and i think the two layer diecut just means its two layers of vinyl to achieve that tha printed look. could be wrong though. :?
