Diamond racing wheels

So I'm wanting to buy some diamond racing wheels for my eg sedan. I would like to get 5X7 but I don't kno what offset to get and what tire size.... I want the sidewall of the tires to be flush with the edge of the wheels..... Can anyone give me some advice on what to get!?

15x7 and put some 195 or 205-50-15s on them.

I don't have diamonds but I have set of Drag wheels 15x7 +40 with 195-55-15. I am completely happy with how they fit.

Oops 195-50-15s sorry. It's a cell pic the wheels and tires are dirty plus its raining so it isn't very good. The tires have a really small stretch. I picked the falken Zieks because of how the rims is protected. I've hit curbs and haven't scratched a lip yet (knock on wood)
