Can someone tell me what rims these are? Are they OEM or was the Honda emblem put there? Yes they are filthy in the picture. I have cleaned them since.

Not sure if they are steel or aluminum.
Here is a bigger picture of them. I have to paint them. So many ugly scratches!

They definitely look like alloy wheels. I'd give the back sides a good cleaning. Alloy wheels almost always have some kind of stampings on the back side of the spokes.

Alright, I'm going to go and take em off and do a little cleaning on them and see what I can find.

I'm thinking they are OE Steel Stamped rims but not Honda as the center cap just doesn't seem to flow (like stock Honda rims)

Yeah probably oem wheels from an 80s or early 90s Japanese car, with the H center cap installed.

with whats printed on the rims and presuming they are OEM here is a short list:

TOYOTA........MR-2.......................85-89
NISSAN........NX 2000...................91-93
NISSAN........PULSAR SE...............87-90
NISSAN........SENTRA....................87-on
MAZDA........MIATA, MX5..............90-on
MAZDA........MX-3........................92-96
ISUZU.........I-MARK TURBO..........87-89
ISUZU.........IMPULSE...................83-92
ISUZU.........STYLUS.....................91-on
ACURA.......INTEGRA...................86-01
*AUDI..........COUPE......................79-84
*AUDI..........4000.........................79-84
BMW...........318,325....................84-91
*DODGE........DAYTONA.................82-84
*DODGE........CARAVAN.................84-85
*DODGE........RAMPAGE.................78-85
HONDA........PRELUDE SI..............86-91
HONDA........DEL SOL, V-TECH......92-on
HONDA........CRX SI.....................86-91

with the rims dated 1989 i put a * beside the cars its less likely to be.

And if those oem center caps fit perfectly, then the wheel probably has a 56.1mm center bore. That should eliminate BMW, Toyota, miata and some others from the list
