so today i went and bought some rims 15 inch ASA 205 50R15 4x100 they were on a jetta. and from what i have read jetta rims will fit our cars (1993 civic hb dx) but i picked them up in a truck so i couldnt test fit them. spent most of the day cleaning them up. jacked up the car so excited and BAM wont fit....i am hoping mabey somone has had this bad luck and can help me. ill post a picture from searching i found they could be 4x 114 then i could switch hubs with an accord. i picked them up for $300 the tires are like brand new. thanks for any help

that won't quite work. alot of accords that are 4x114.3 are hub-on-rotor setups, all of the 1990-1997 are for sure. you could use 92-96 prelude hubs or 98-99 2.3CL hubs, but you would need different axles, since they use 36mm axles, versus the civic's 32mm.
if they are 4x114.3 then you will have to eitther get spacer/adapters, or find a 1996 Spec JDM Integra TypeR conversion, which is 4x114.3 and will bolt right up. it even uses the 32mm axle.

nice clean job. must of took a bunch of elbow grease and time.
now i am lazy but i use a soda blaster to clean up the rims. it works great and its easy to do. plus its not as bad for the enviroment.
soda blaster is good for car shows too. if you want to make your suspension look good and brakes. its the best thing. it will not damage like the sand blasting. the soda is the best
