- Sat May 12, 2012 12:48 am #304673 im kinda growin on em.. i get alot of looks with these in my town. i guess straight guys arent allowed to rock pink stuff.. i like the fact they can be one color one day and paint em for the next day..

the polished lip looks awesome too!

Does the white base coat actually make them lighter?

if you dont have the white basecoat it wont be bright florescent pink... just kinda dark pink.

i'd know. i painted my entire car with this stuff and it faded then last year i painted my wheels with it and cleared them and no fading at all

makes them brighter.. i have a feeling thats why they faded so bad..
